Who we are
Cory Sines has been working in the construction industry since he was 18. He began his career in roofing and transitioned into carpentry after the birth of his oldest son, seeking a more balanced and fulfilling path. After completing a formal apprenticeship, Cory spent several years honing his skills with small construction companies, focusing on specialized finishes and managing projects from start to finish. In 2017, Cory founded Starlight Finishes LLC with the goal of delivering high-quality craftsmanship paired with exceptional customer service. His dedication to detail and clear communication quickly earned the trust of clients across the Madison area. In 2025, Cory was joined by his wife, Star, who now manages scheduling and office operations—making Starlight Finishes a true family-run business.
